Particulars of application.—Every application for registration shall state the name and address of the applicant, the premises at which the holding of allotted surplus land is carried on, the particulars of every record of rights held by the applicant and such other particulars as are specified in Form 14, and shall be signed by the applicant or his authorised agent.
