Application for registration.—Every holder of land carrying on the holding of land assessed to revenue shall make an application for registration to the Tahsildar in Form 2, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every mutation held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
