Application for registration.—Every Marriage Officer carrying on the solemnisation of marriages shall make an application for registration to the Family Court in Form IV, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every register of births held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
