Surrender of certificate.—Every Marriage Officer who ceases to carry on the solemnisation of marriages shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Family Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every inventory of the estate held by him has been disposed of.
