Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the keeper of a printing press shall apply to the Commissioner of Police in Form IV for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Commissioner of Police shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ten days of the application.
