Intimation of change.—Every keeper of a printing press shall intimate to the Commissioner of Police, in Form VII and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commissioner of Police shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
