Intimation of change.—Every operator of a shelter for the homeless shall intimate to the Commission, in Form VIII and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
