Surrender of certificate.—Every conductor of a stage carriage who ceases to carry on service as a conductor shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Transport Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 23 of the manner in which every insurance certificate held by him has been disposed of.
