Intimation of change.—Every conductor of a stage carriage shall intimate to the Transport Commissioner, in Form 4 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Transport Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
