Intimation of change.—Every holder of a photography permit shall intimate to the Hotel Classification Committee, in Form II and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Hotel Classification Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
