Surrender of certificate.—Every tribunal secretary who ceases to carry on the assistance of an arbitral tribunal shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of the Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every reference held by him has been disposed of.
