Surrender of certificate.—Every sports academy who ceases to carry on the running of a sports academy shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the National Sports Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every sample held by him has been disposed of.
