Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a pilgrim lodge dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Board in Form C, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every certificate of registration then held; and the Board shall enter the intimation in the register within three hundred and sixty-five days of its receipt.
