Intimation of change.—Every person holding foreign assets shall intimate to the Principal Chief Commissioner, in Form 3CD and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Principal Chief Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
