Maintenance of premises.—Every web aggregator shall keep the premises where the display of insurance products on a website is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every nomination kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the display of insurance products on a website, and shall furnish to the Institute of Actuaries in Form IRDA-3, within fifteen days of the commencement of these regulations, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
