Safe custody.—Every web aggregator shall keep every register to which these regulations apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the display of insurance products on a website is carried on, shall record in Form IRDA-6 the description of every register so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Institute of Actuaries within fifteen days of the close of each year.
