Particulars of application.—Every application for registration shall state the name and address of the applicant, the premises at which the display of insurance products on a website is carried on, the particulars of every nomination held by the applicant and such other particulars as are specified in Form IRDA-7, and shall be signed by the applicant or his authorised agent.
