Application for registration.—Every web aggregator carrying on the display of insurance products on a website shall make an application for registration to the Institute of Actuaries in Form IRDA-1, within forty-five days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
