Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these regulations shall be kept at the office of the Institute of Actuaries in the custody of the Controller of Insurance, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Institute of Actuaries; and where the Controller of Insurance having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form IRDA-5 within forty-five days of the succession.
