Intimation of change.—Every owner of a private service vehicle shall intimate to the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, in Form 2 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
