Application for registration.—Every owner of a private service vehicle carrying on the use of a private service vehicle shall make an application for registration to the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal in Form 4, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every driving licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
