Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a stone crusher shall apply to the Government of Assam in Form J for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Government of Assam shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
