Application for registration.—Every keeper of a public building carrying on the keeping of a public building shall make an application for registration to the Screening Committee in Form G, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
