Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a private drain who ceases to carry on the connection of a private drain to the municipal sewer shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Town Planning Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every hoarding held by him has been disposed of.
