Application for registration.—Every owner of a private drain carrying on the connection of a private drain to the municipal sewer shall make an application for registration to the Town Planning Authority in Form A, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
