Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the coaching centre shall apply to the Board of Secondary Education in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Board of Secondary Education shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
