Surrender of certificate.—Every broadcasting organisation who ceases to carry on the broadcasting of works shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Telangana in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 27 of the manner in which every geographical indication held by him has been disposed of.
