Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any contractor for a religious fair dies, his legal representative shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Registrar of Societies in Form C, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every trust property then held; and the Registrar of Societies shall enter the intimation in the register within thirty days of its receipt.
