Safe custody.—Every contractor for a religious fair shall keep every account to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the conduct of a religious fair is carried on, shall record in Form C the description of every account so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Registrar of Societies within three hundred and sixty-five days of the close of each year.
