Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the creche shall apply to the Juvenile Justice Board in Form I for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Juvenile Justice Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three days of the application.
