Intimation of change.—Every transporter of minerals shall intimate to the Chief Inspector of Mines, in Form B and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Inspector of Mines shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
