Surrender of certificate.—Every tour operator who ceases to carry on the conduct of tours shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Tamil Nadu in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every art treasure held by him has been disposed of.
