Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the tour operator shall apply to the Government of Tamil Nadu in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Government of Tamil Nadu shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
