Surrender of certificate.—Every nominee of an insured person who ceases to carry on the receipt of benefits as a nominee shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Standing Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 16 of the manner in which every declaration form held by him has been disposed of.
