Rule 23, Delhi Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Registration) Rules, 2024 [SEE-QTH]

Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any owner of land adjoining an embankment dies, his legal representative shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Custodian of Enemy Property in Form 3, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every certificate of registration then held; and the Custodian of Enemy Property shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
