Intimation of change.—Every broadcaster of election advertisements shall intimate to the Election Tribunal, in Form 7 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Election Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
