Application for registration.—Every broadcaster of election advertisements carrying on the broadcasting of election advertisements shall make an application for registration to the Election Tribunal in Form 26, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every ballot paper held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
