Intimation of change.—Every operator of a rice mill in a village shall intimate to the Gram Panchayat, in Form 5 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Gram Panchayat shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty rupees.
