Intimation of change.—Every transporter of goods shall intimate to the Commissioner, in Form GST RFD-01 and within twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
