Safe custody.—Every person engaged in the supply of energy shall keep every connection to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the storage of petroleum is carried on, shall record in Form VII the description of every connection so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Grievance Redressal Forum within seven days of the close of each year.
