Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any person engaged in the supply of energy dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Grievance Redressal Forum in Form I, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every energy bill then held; and the Grievance Redressal Forum shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
