Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the person engaged in the supply of energy shall apply to the Grievance Redressal Forum in Form II for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Grievance Redressal Forum shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
