Intimation of change.—Every person engaged in the supply of energy shall intimate to the Grievance Redressal Forum, in Form VIII and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Grievance Redressal Forum shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
