Clause 2, Uttar Pradesh Fire Prevention and Fire Safety (Relief material Control) Order, 2023 [SEE-49M]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Uttar Pradesh Fire Prevention and Fire Safety Act, 2005 (Uttar Pradesh Act 9 of 2005); (b) "owner of a building in a vulnerable area" means a person carrying on the construction of buildings in a vulnerable area; (c) "hazard map" means a hazard map received, held or disposed of by a owner of a building in a vulnerable area in the course of the construction of buildings in a vulnerable area; (d) "Form D" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
