Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the trader within a cantonment shall apply to the Commanding Officer of the Unit in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Commanding Officer of the Unit shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
