Surrender of certificate.—Every corporate agent who ceases to carry on the business of a corporate agent shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Tariff Advisory Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-2 of the manner in which every claim held by him has been disposed of.
