Rule 23, West Bengal Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Registration) Rules, 2023 [SED-TZJ]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the common carrier shall apply to the State Transport Appellate Tribunal in Form 30 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the State Transport Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
