Report to the Government.—The State Transport Appellate Tribunal shall prepare, within fourteen days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of common carriers whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of West Bengal and publish it within ninety days of its preparation.
