Surrender of certificate.—Every foreman of a chit who ceases to carry on the conduct of a chit shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every goods held by him has been disposed of.
