Intimation of change.—Every owner of a cinema shall intimate to the Appellate Tribunal, in Form IV and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
